  5. Announce 1.0 is an AppleTalk network communication tool. It allows users to
  6. communicate with eachother via the Notification Manager, thus allowing
  7. application to continue running even when messages are received. Messages
  8. sent to people which have not been acknowledged can even be 'un-sent'. It
  9. is a combination extension and application.
